| Spacious, colourful studio with french balconies located on the 3rd floor in a quiet street. Same building as Consulat Mar 1. Lots of light coming from the double glass doors to the outside. 4 people can live here if you don't mind living a little close. Internet connection can be provided for an extra fee. |

| The living room/kitchen area is devided from the bedroom area. It has a big sofa with plenty of space to relax after a busy day. The sofa converts into a double bed. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a light meal and to enjoy it at the dining table with room for 2 people. |
