| Lovely colourful studio of 45 sq meters situated in the charming old neighborhood of El Born.
Many of the buildings in El Born are from the Gothic period and the narrow winding street is typical of this time.
The apartment is nicely modernised with kitchen and bath. It is situated on the 4th floor with no elevator.
The area is residential and quiet with the odd moped passing through.
The apartment has aircondition and heating for the winter. |

| The apartment has a nice living room section, where you can relax after a long day in the busy streets of Barcelona. From here you have access to a small balcony facing the street through double glass doors. The sofa can be made into a comfortable extra bed (140x180 cm).
